WoW Forever roadmap

Blizzard published a roadmap that runs from the September 2026 beta to summer 2027. Dates and content are subject to change, and Blizzard says more will be shared and features will evolve with player feedback.

   Beta

   • Play up to level 30.
   • Access with the Skyborne Epic Pack or the Warcraft Forever Collection.
   • The official page's fine print says the beta runs through October 21; the roadmap says October 22.

   Early name reservation & character creation

   • Early name reservation.

   Launch

   • Global launch at 3:00 p.m. PST (23:59 CET).
   • Levels 1-60, the Skyborne and Zephras Isle.
   • Riverglades, Mount Hyjal and Shen'dralas.
   • 9 new dungeons and the Darkspear Islands battleground.
   • Camping, Legacy and opt-in transmog.

   Raids unlock

   • Barrow Deeps (10 players).
   • Hyjal Summit (20 players).

   WoW Forever Hardcore launch

   • The Hardcore ruleset arrives; it will not be available at launch.
   • No exact date yet.
