Krol'dok Stronghold, WoW Forever dungeon: levels, story and bosses

An ogre clan has dug in across the Riverglades and is “conducting some very questionable business”. Its outrunners have been kidnapping locals and attacks have been reported across the region; at night, weird chanting comes from the stronghold. Could it be cultists? Everything points to the Twilight's Hammer.

What we know

Pitched as an alternative to “running Scarlet Monastery for the 25th time”.
It has the widest level range of any new dungeon.
Press expect it to be contested, with PvP encounters around it (press).
Blizzard re-examined every dungeon drop: unique boss items are now blue, and some bosses drop advanced camping Blueprints.
